So what should you need to know. Let’s talk about aperture. Aperture is a piece of the camera
that allows a pin hole of light to reach the film and expose it.
The aperture is basically the reason why you have light, bright and dull photographs.
If something is wrong with the lighting than you know
that there is a problem with the aperture and you will need to put it on a different setting.
This will help give you the best quality photo possible.
Then you must determine your subject. If you do not have a clear
focus of what your shot is going to be about then you can forget about taking
the picture.
You are also going to want to make sure that everything that you want in the
shot is in the shot (heads, feet, hands, entire people, etc). If you are
traveling
and you are taking a picture of a friend who is standing next to a statue then
you may want to make sure that the entire person and the entire statue is in the
picture.
Some people get so excited that they finally did not cut off your head or feet
but do not realize that the entire top of the statue got cut off.

The lower the ISO number the slower the rate of the speed of the shutter.
