Bali Wedding Question

Hello Wedding in Bali! My name is Amorei and I am from San Francisco. My fiance, Brian and I are interested in having a destination wedding in Bali. We came across your lovely website and wanted to know how much it would cost to customize our wedding details. This is what Brian and I had in mind for our wedding ceremony package. Please let us know if your business is able to customize this package and what the approximate costs would be. THANK YOU!! CEREMONY LOCATION (Near Kuta - no more than 30 minutes away): 1. A chapel/indoor pavilion (seats ~36-50) that has a view of the water/ocean or is nearby a beach and grassy area for pictures after the ceremony OR 2. A beautiful, somewhat secluded beachfront area that allows for ~36-50 white chairs. I read on a website that most public beaches will not allow this many people at a beach wedding...is this true? Please Note: We would like a quick rehearsal at our ceremony place the day before with the officiant and the wedding coordinator. Please Note: We are planning on having a hotel reception but may want to request your services for the reception (as stated below). GUESTLIST: 1. ~50 people (4 kids, 2 of them babies), wedding party (including bride and groom) would be 12 people so need a place with at least 36 seats. OFFICIANT: 1. Christian Minister FLOWERS for Wedding Party: 1. If ceremony is in a chapel: bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 groomsmen boutonnieres, flower girl lei 2. If ceremony is beachfront: bridal bouquet and lei, maile lei for groom, 10 standard leis for wedding party, flower girl lei FLOWERS for Ceremony: 1. Ceremony in a chapel: white aisle runner and basic flower and drapery decoration for connecting aisles 2. Ceremony is beachfront: flower pedal aisle and basic flower and drapery decoration for connecting aisles 3. If beachfont: We would also like a gazebo/arch with flower/drapery decorations FLOWERS/CANDLES for Reception: 1. Basic table centerpieces (5-6 tables) with surrounding candles. CAKE: 1. 2 or 3 tiered round cake that feeds 60 people. Simple flowers on cake and flower pedals on cake table. PHOTOGRAPHY: 1. Photography for ceremony, group pictures after ceremony, and reception. VIDEOGRAPHY: 1. Videography and editing for ceremony only. HAIR & MAKEUP: 1. Quote for bride only. 2. Quote for bride and 5 bridesmaids. TRANSPORTATION: 1. Transportation from hotel to ceremony, and ceremony to reception for all guests. Please give us several options for this(motorcoach, limo, taxi, etc). Some of these questions are reception-related. If your business does not provide these services, we are still interested in ordering a package with as many of these requests as possible.
